Pritzbuer is the family name of the following people:

  • Anna von Pritzbuer (1900–1971), leading cultural functionary of the SED
  • Charlotte Pistorius (* 1777 as Charlotte Helene Henriette Pritzbuer; † 1850), German poet
  • Joachim von Pritzbuer (1665–1719), Mecklenburg nobleman, Danish budget councilor, Oberlanddrost of the Duchy of Bremen and the County of Oldenburg
