history
According to the company, it has been in the family since 1429, making it one of the oldest private breweries in Germany.
A bock beer tap has been held in Wittingen every year since 2004. The brewery achieved national recognition as a premium sponsor of Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg .
At the creditors' meeting of the Herrenhausen Brewery on October 20, 2010, it was decided to buy it up by the Wittingen private brewery.
