Project economy is the entirety of all facilities and measures that serve to realize a project .

In the project management standards , project economy is also used as a generic term for all topics that play a role in connection with projects. Currently this term is only used in the relevant standards .

In the current discussion about the future of work, project management stands for time-limited and cooperative value creation processes. Companies are increasingly using external resources to relieve their own employees.
