Prokom Software SA - an IT company from Poland that no longer existed on April 1, 2008, with its headquarters in Warsaw and the head office in Gdynia .
The IT service provider was founded in 1987 by Ryszard Krauze in Gdynia and offered software products and IT consulting for large and medium-sized companies as well as for public institutions. It was traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange and was one of the largest companies of its kind in Poland.
On April 1st, 2008 Prokom Software merged with Asseco Poland and since then the Prokom brand no longer exists on the market.
