Promotion d'Honneur (New Caledonia)

The Promotion d'Honneur is the second highest soccer division in the New Caledonian league system. It is played in two divisions on the main island of Grande Terre . Eight teams each play in the division of the northern and southern provinces. Current champions in the north are the RC Poindimié (status: 2008/09 season) and Mouli Sport in the south (status: 2007/08 season) . The winners have the right to promotion to the Division d'Honneur if they do not renounce it.
