Prophecy from Kremna

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Kremna Prophecy is a collection of prophecies that are believed to have been spoken and written down before the 20th century. These prophecies predict events in the 20th and 21st centuries.

origin

The prophecy from Kremna comes from the Serbian place, Kremna. There, the two farmers who were not able to read and write, Miloš Tarabić (Милош Тарабић) and his nephew Mitar Tarabić (Митар Тарабић, 1829–1899) acquired the reputation of being able to predict the future. The orthodox priest of their village, Zaharije Zaharić (Захарије Захарић, 1836–1918), is said to have written down the prophecies of the two Tarabić before the end of 1900.

content

The prophecies consist of 34 mostly short articles in which events are "predicted" very precisely, for example the collapse of Austria-Hungary and the founding of Yugoslavia ( "Listen, father: after the first great war Austria will disappear and Serbia will become so." be great, like a real kingdom. We will live in peace with our northern brothers " ).

The alleged prophecies describe practically all of the historical events of the 20th century relevant to Serbia and the Balkans . They include not only the founding and disintegration of Yugoslavia, but also the First and Second World Wars , the Korean conflict , the Vietnam War , the Yugoslav Wars of Succession and other events that actually took place in the 20th century.

For the time after the turn of the millennium, the prophecies become less clear and less clear. A global pandemic is predicted for the early 21st century and the exploration of "other worlds" on which life does exist but is not recognized as such by humans. Great famines are predicted for the second half of the 21st century, caused by people's belief in science and technology. Further wars, which however no longer see Serbia as a war party, are announced.

Appreciation

Since the sources are poor, checking the prophecies for authenticity is difficult or impossible. The very precise "prediction" of many of the events of the 20th century suggests that the prophecies were written at a time when those events had already occurred. In 2002 a critical analysis of the predictions was published which came to the conclusion that the predictions were not real predictions: Voja Antonić (in Serbian ) in Kremansko neproročanstvo: studija jedne obmane ( Non-Prophecy from Kremna - a study of deception ). However, since then, for example, the coronavirus pandemic has broken out, which agrees well with one of the predictions, which is, " The whole world is going to be plagued by an unusual disease and no one will find a cure for it; everyone will say," I know "I know because I am educated and smart," but no one will know anything. People will think a lot, but they will not find any real healing, which, through God's help, will be in them and all around them . "
