Publius Salvius Aper
Publius Salvius Aper was a Roman Praetorian prefect at the turn of the century.
Aper was born in 2 BC. Together with Quintus Ostorius Scapula first Praetorian prefect . He probably came from Brixia in northern Italy and is not related to the Salvii Othones from Ferentium in Etruria .
