Publius Sextanius
Publius Sextanius (his cognomen is not known) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 2nd century AD .
A dedicatory inscription that was found at the Luguvalium fort and which is dated 180/192 shows that Sextanius was prefect of the Ala Augusta ob virtutem appellata , who was stationed in the province of Britannia .
