Pulau Perak ( Malay ڤولاو ڤراق ، قدح , literally 'Silver Island') is a small rocky island in the northern Strait of Malacca . It is the furthest western territory of Malaysia and administratively belongs to the Malaysian state of Kedah . There are plans to declare it a nature reserve.
