Qingtongxia ( Chinese  青铜峡 市 , Pinyin Qīngtóngxiá Shì ) is an independent city in the autonomous region of Ningxia , People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Wuzhong .

In 1999 it had 244,047 inhabitants.
