Quarterona

Quarterona was a Spanish measure of volume and was used as a measure of grain . The measure was valid in the Kingdom of Valencia and in the city itself.

  • 1 Cahiz = 12 Bracellas / Barchillas / Fanegas = 48 Almudes / Celemines = 96 Medios = 192 Quarterones = 201 liters (= 10,077 Parisian cubic inches = 199 ⅔ liters)
