Réseau scanner

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Réseauscanner is in the photogrammetry applied to aerial images (slides) for further processing to digitalize distortion-free as possible.

The aerial photo is placed under a glass plate with etched réseau crosses and then captured in partial images with a movable CCD area sensor. The partial images are then combined into an overall image via the réseau.

Precondition for the accuracy of the process is precise mechanical guidance of the CCD area sensor.
