Römerstrasse 12 (Bergheim)
The house at Römerstraße 12 is a listed building and is located in the Thorr district in the district town of Bergheim in the Rhein-Erft district .
history
The house with number 12 was used as a restaurant early on and was called "Zur gute Quelle". The two-story house dates from around 1860. The address books from 1907, 1911 and 1934 name Heinrich Schillings, who also ran a construction business, as the landlord.
architecture
The house has a two-wing floor plan. The roof is hipped to the north. The facade facing Zievericher Straße is structured by five axes of high rectangular windows with profiled wooden walls and wooden triangular gables as roofing. The central entrance with skylight has a new door leaf. The wing facing the Roman road has three axes. The windows are slightly arched and have stone frames.
