The estate in Neftenbach was a Roman estate in Neftenbach , Winterthur district in Switzerland , which is now located in a built-up area on Sattleracherstrasse and Aspacherstrasse. During excavations on December 16, 1986, a bronze jug was discovered here that served as a coin hoard. It contained 1243 silver coins corroded into a lump, which consisted of 1239 antoninians and 4 denarii . They date from the time of Septimius Severus (193–212) to Postumus (260–269). During excavations up to 1993, traces of metal processing were also found.
