Røssvoll Motor Stadium

The Røssvoll Motorstadion is a racing circuit in Røssvoll , Norway .

The motor stadium is located right next to the Røssvoll airfield about 10 km north of the center of Mo i Rana . The facility was built in 1975 and was the first paved racetrack in Norway. It was opened with a supporting program of a formula and motorcycle race in the presence of Keke Rosberg .

The Røssvoll Motorstadion with an asphalt circuit, almost an oval course , with an attached gravel, sand and gravel track is used today for autocross and rallycross races. Normal circuit races take place on the nearby Arctic Circle Raceway , built in 1995 . ACR is the northernmost racetrack in Europe and, with a length of 3.753 km, the longest asphalt racing track in Norway.
