Alliance Eurasia

The Allianz Eurasia is the largest Russian insurance company based in Moscow .

At the beginning of March 2007, the German company Allianz Group announced that it had acquired the majority in the company and held almost 97 percent of the company. The previous shareholder Sistema Group ( Moscow ) has sold its 49.2 percent stake.
