The Tyrrhenus Mons (also called Tyrrhenus Patera ) is a volcano on the planet Mars , more precisely in the highlands, which is known as Tyrrhena . Its diameter is an estimated 300 km and its inner crater is believed to be 12 kilometers. The diameter of the original crater is estimated to be 45 km. Tyrrhenus Mons is younger than the neighboring Hadriacus Mons .
