Ryobi Ltd. is a manufacturer of aluminum die-cast parts and semi-finished products for various branches of industry such as automotive, electronics, audio / video and optics. Sheetfed offset printing machines , power tools and garden equipment as well as products for the construction industry are also manufactured.

The sheet-fed offset printing machines were sold and technically supported in Germany by the independent general importer Illies Graphik GmbH from Hamburg until the end of 2012 .

The power tools and garden equipment are sold and technically supported in a number of countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and through an independent Ryobi licensee, Techtronic Industries , Hong Kong, an original OEM partner of Craftsman and RIDGID, New Zealand and countries in continental Europe.

A partnership with the German Bundesliga club Hertha BSC has existed since 2014 .
