Raúl Horacio Balbi
Raúl Horacio Balbi (born October 7, 1973 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is a former Argentine boxer and standard boom . He won his first 19 fights and suffered his first loss in his 20th fight. On August 8, 2001 he became world champion of the World Boxing Association . He was able to defend this belt until January 5th of the following year.
