Rachel Ong

Rachel Ong Sin Yen ( Chinese : 王 心 妍, * 1972 ) is a Singaporean politician who has been an MP for the West Coast GRC since 2020 .

education and profession

Ong earned a Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD and Tsinghua University . She is currently single.

Political career

Before entering politics, she was involved in charity work with Trybe. She was also the managing director of ROHEI.

In the 2020 election, Ong was named a ruling People's Action Party (PAP) candidate for West Coast GRC. Her team defeated the opposition team under the Progress Singapore Party (PSP) led by Tan Cheng Bock .
