Radi Nedelchev

Radi Nedeltschew ( Bulgarian Ради Неделчев ; born April 1, 1938 in Ezerche near Russe ) is a Bulgarian painter of naive art . His pictures mostly depict landscapes, village life and festivals.

Life

With his pictures mainly from the 1970s and 1980s, he is one of the best-known representatives of " Gabrovo humor symbolism ".

Nedeltschew has been awarded the Order of Cyril and Method 1st Class , the highest award for art and culture in Bulgaria.
