The Radiomuseum Duisburg was founded in 1994 by a private initiative and opened in the Ruhrort district of Duisburg .

European radios are presented on an area of ​​over 250 m² and, starting in the 1920s, are broken down into decades. Several devices are also connected ready for operation for demonstration. There are also a few other categories of devices, such as gramophones and TV chests.

For those interested in radio history, the museum also serves as a meeting place for specialist lectures and file sharing.
