Ragna is a female given name . It comes from Norwegian and is short for Ragnhild or Reinhild . The name consists of two stems, whereby "Ragine" can be translated in German with "Rat" and "Hilta" with "Kampf" or "Fighter".

Ragna can be translated as “queen” or “the empires”.
