Ragnheiður Jónsdóttir, Gísli Þorláksson Bishop of Hólar and the other women from Gísli.

The Icelander Ragnheiður Jónsdóttir (* 1646 ; † 1715 ) was the third wife of Gísli Þorláksson , Bishop of Hólar . She lived for a long time in the widow's part of the church in Gröf .

She was known for designing embroidery motifs .

A portrait of her can be found on the current Icelandic 5000 kroner banknote .
