Rainer O. Brinkmann
Rainer O. Brinkmann is director of the Young State Opera at the State Opera Unter den Linden .
Since 2001 he has built up the music theater education work at the State Opera. He has worked as a theater educator , actor and director . Since 1984 he has been engaged in scientific research on the subject of "scenic interpretation of music + theater" and has published numerous books and essays on it. His teaching activities took him to universities in Germany and abroad. As the production manager of numerous children and youth projects, he has anchored the subject of opera in cultural education.
