Ralf Seifert
Ralf Seifert is a former German figure skater who started for the GDR in pair skating with his partner Peggy Seidel .
Seifert's greatest success was winning the silver medal at the Junior World Championships in 1983. In addition, Seifert and Seidel reached third place in the GDR figure skating championship in 1985 and 1986.
