The Ramal da Barra was a railway line in Brazil .

The line was built by VF Sapucaí between 1892 and 1893. The section between Santa Rita do Jacutinga and Passa-Trés in the state of Rio de Janeiro was constructed between 1879 and 1883 by the company EF Pirahyense and then taken over by the company RMV. Passenger trains ran between Barra do Piraí and Passa-Três until 1942. In the meantime, the rails of the Linha da Barra have largely been removed and operations on April 19, 1979 completely stopped.
