Raph (* late 1990s) is the stage name of a French actress .

Life

Raph keeps her name and origin a secret. She chose the name "Raph" as a pseudonym under which she appears in public. She grew up in northern France and attended high school in Blaringhem , which she graduated with the Baccalauréat in June 2016 .

Raph's theater teacher aroused her interest in acting at school. During her school days she realized the theater project Seventeen with other students at the Le Palace et le Colisée theater in Roubaix and attended a theater course. Director Bruno Dumont discovered her through photos that she had published on Facebook and hired her in 2014 for his film The Fine Society , in which the androgynous adolescent took on the role of the boy Billie. For her performance she was nominated for a César in the category Best Young Actress and a Prix ​​Lumières , also for Best Young Actress, in 2017 .
