The town hall ( Dutch Stadhuis ) of the Dutch city of Rotterdam was built between 1914 and 1920 on the so-called Coolsingel . The construction goes back to designs by the architect Henri Evers .

The building is one of the few in the city center that survived the air raid on May 14, 1940 .

Since 1997, the town hall stands as Rijksmonument under monument protection .
