Rauno Antero Bies (born October 30, 1961 in Kuusankoski ) is a former Finnish sports shooter .

Rauno Bies took part in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles with the rapid-fire pistol . With 591 points he took third place with the same point Delival Nobre , so that a jump-off had to decide on the award of the bronze medal. With 146 to 141 Bies prevailed against Nobre and received bronze.
