from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The real laboratory for the energy transition is the new research funding concept for the energy transition. This new line of research is being set up by the Federal Ministry of Economics (BMWi), which will test future-oriented energy technologies in large-scale projects on an industrial scale.

The federal government wants to promote the subject of hydrogen technology with the real-world laboratories, and the BMWi is funding the real-life laboratories over a period of five years with a total of 100 million euros annually and has launched an ideas competition for this.
