Legal protection office
The following organizations are designated as legal protection bodies:
- Berliner Rechtsschutzstelle , a German authority in West Berlin for “people arrested and convicted in the Soviet zone”, headed by Kurt Behling .
- Legal protection agency (women's movement) , organizations founded from the end of the 19th century to protect women's rights, for example the Heidelberg legal protection agency for women and girls founded by Camilla Jellinek in 1900 .
- Central Legal Protection Agency (ZRS), a German authority in existence from 1950 to 1970 that organized legal protection for Germans who were charged or convicted abroad for crimes committed during World War II.
