The Rectory is a former rectory on the island of Rota in the Northern Mariana Islands and a rare example of the Spanish-Japanese transitional architecture in the archipelago, which today outer area of the United States is. It was built around 1930 when, under the Japanese mandate of the South Sea, the native Chamorro were displaced by the workers brought to the island by the Japanese for sugar production. The rectory is an L-shaped concrete structure measuring 13.7 m by 19.8 m (45 ft × 65 ft), which originally had a second floor and a roof made of a timber frame construction. Although only the concrete structure remains, the arrangement of the windows and the massive stairs are typical of the earlier Spanish period, while the decorative elements such as the pillars of the veranda and the details of the window openings reflect Japanese construction.

The structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.
