RegioPost Pfalz (official name: Regio Post Pfalz GmbH & Co. KG ) was a regional postal company based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein from 2000 to 2018 .

RegioPost Pfalz was founded with the abolition of the mail monopoly of the Deutsche Post in October 2000. The delivery area included almost the entire area of the postal routing region 67 as well as parts of the postal routing regions 76 and 66. In addition to the Palatinate , z. B. also the city of Worms to the delivery area.
The Regio Post Pfalz ceased operations at the end of February 2018. For various reasons, negative results in the millions have accumulated in the past four years, said managing director Daniel Götz of the Rheinpfalz daily newspaper .
Services
RegioPost Pfalz offered the delivery of letters and parcels of all kinds, including the delivery of postal delivery documents on behalf of authorities. The letters were either picked up from the customer for a monthly fee or received at service points throughout the Palatinate; The company does not operate its own mailboxes. The company issued its own stamps.
