Regional court Bern-Mittelland
The Bern-Mittelland regional court is a Swiss court of first instance with its seat in Bern . It is one of four regional courts in the canton of Bern and as such is responsible for all civil and criminal disputes in its jurisdiction, which is congruent with the administrative region of Bern-Mittelland . The official language is German.
In 1995, the regional court of Bern-Mittelland replaced the previously existing local courts in the Bernese Mittelland.
