The regional elections in Sicily 2012 took place on October 28, 2012. After the election, Rosario Crocetta was elected President of the Sicily Region.

The election took place before the end of the then current legislative period after President Raffaele Lombardo resigned. The election planned for April 2013 was brought forward to October 28, 2012.
