Please note the note on the applicable legal version.

The Reichsassistentenordnung ( regulation of the legal relationships of academic assistants and academic assistants at German universities ) is an ordinance of the Reich Ministry for Science, Education and National Education of January 1, 1940. It regulates the legal relationships of academic staff at universities in the German Reich .

Even if it no longer has legal validity, it is still occasionally referred to in employment contracts for research assistants at German universities. The provisions of the Reichsassistentenordnung are thus agreed as part of the contract as part of the contract.

The problem is that it is hardly accessible to those affected who want to find out more about rights and obligations.
