Reich Sports Youth Badge

The German Reich Sports Youth Badge (foundation year: 1934) could be acquired by every girl and boy up to the age of 18. Compared to the Reich Sports Badge, the conditions were adapted to the performance of the young body and differently difficult for boys and girls. It was the successor to the Reich Youth Badge (founded in 1925).

Between 1925 and 1936, a total of 204,745 youth badges were awarded: 62,345 badges to girls and 142,400 badges to boys. In 1937, 29,644 boys and 14,274 girls (a total of 43,918) acquired the Reich Youth Sports Badge.
