Reiko Sakamoto

Reiko Sakamoto ( Japanese 坂 本 玲子 , Sakamoto Reiko ; * 1939 ) is a Japanese mathematician who works with partial differential equations.

Career

She is a student of Shigeru Mizohata (1924–2002). She was a professor at Nara Women's University .

She wrote a monograph on boundary value problems of hyperbolic partial differential equations.

Prices

In 1974 she received the Iyanaga Prize .
