Reinhold Kasten (born August 16, 1901 in Berlin ) was a German athlete who competed in the 110-meter hurdles discipline for the Berlin sports clubs BTSV 1850 Berlin, Lübecker TV Berlin and Sportfreunde Neukölln in the 1920s .

Kasten began competitive sport in 1921 as a member of the BTSV. At the 1st German Fighting Games , which took place from June 26 to July 2, 1922 in the German Stadium in Berlin, he was fighting game winner with 16.5 s. On July 29, 1923 he achieved the second best annual performance over 110 m hurdles in Germany for Lübeck TV Berlin with 15.3 seconds.

In 1923 Kasten was German runner-up over 110 m hurdles for the BSTV 1850 Berlin. In the same year he defeated the German master Heinrich Troßbach over the same route at the Swedish Fighting Games in Gothenburg . In 1924 he achieved the annual best performance over 110 m hurdles for Lübeck TV Berlin in 15.0 seconds. In 1925 he started over 110 m hurdles for Sportfreunde Neukölln.
