The Remmers Group AG is an international company in the building materials technology with headquarters in Lower Saxony Löningen . The family company offers various products for the building supplies, wood paint and varnish industries.

With 1,500 employees, the Löningen-based company develops and produces chemical building products for basement waterproofing and facade repairs, for concrete repairs, industrial floor coatings as well as wood paints and varnishes for the furniture, wooden windows and wooden door industries and industrial varnishes for other industries and areas of application. In Central and Eastern Europe, Remmers is represented by 15 independent subsidiaries and sales agencies in over 30 countries. In 2018, the company generated more than 320 million euros.

history

In 1949 the company was founded by Bernhard Remmers in Löningen. 1977 Construction of the Heidelberg training and sales center. A few decades later, in 1991, the wood protection company Avenarius is taken over. In 1992 the company was converted into Remmers AG, and two years later a branch was built in Bad Düben . In 2008 the Remmers Group took over the industrial coatings manufacturer 3H LACKE based in Hiddenhausen near Herford. The company has been called Remmers Gruppe AG since 2016 .

Additional information
