Renata Thiele

Renata Anna Thiele (* in Zielona Góra ) is a German writer . She was best known for her soft thriller about the Aachen sanctuary tour and the Salvator relics in Kornelimünster .

Life

Thiele studied German in her hometown Zielona Góra in Poland and from 1988 onwards in postgraduate studies in German and comparative literature at RWTH Aachen University . Today she works in her adopted home Aachen as a city guide, translator and language teacher. Between 1980 and 1987 she worked in the student organization of the UN Friends (SSP ONZ) as a co-organizer of scientific seminars on economic, political and social topics - two years of which as secretary of the organization's control committee and two years as a board member. In 1988 she was appointed a sworn translator by the regional court in Zielona Góra, which corresponds to the state-certified translator in Germany.

She writes detective novels, short stories, travelogues and articles for magazines and internet portals in German and Polish. Many of your articles appeared in the Euregional culture magazine Polregio, which was available in the Aachen region in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands and for which she was editor-in-chief between 2005 and 2010.
