Renato Corsetti
Renato Corsetti (born March 29, 1941 in Rome ) is an Italian linguist and activist of the Esperanto movement . From 2001 to 2007 he was the chairman of the World Esperanto Federation . He is also secretary and thus a member of the board of the Akademio de Esperanto .
Life
Corsetti is Professor of Psycholinguistics at La Sapienza University in Rome. He is with the British Esperanto writer Anna Loewenstein, b. Brennan (* 1951), married. Since his two sons grew up trilingual, he founded a network for the exchange of experiences between parents of multilingual children who use Esperanto as their family language ( Rondo Familia , now Denaskuloj , i.e. Esperanto native speakers ).
