Residences of College Park are two tall residential buildings in Toronto , Ontario , Canada . The residences consist of two high-rise buildings 155 and 140 meters high. The northern building was completed in 2006. The southern building followed in 2008. The buildings are on Bay Street south of College Street near the Historic College Park Department Store. The third construction phase has started and houses a third high-rise, which was named as Aura . This is being built on Yonge Street on the site. When completed, the building will be the tallest residential building in Toronto.
