Ocean Resort Atlantic City is the name of a hotel in Atlantic City , New Jersey . It is 220 m tall, making it the tallest building in Atlantic City and the second tallest building in New Jersey state. It has 1399 rooms. The complex also includes restaurants and casinos. The main architects were BLT Architects . The construction of the building cost 2.4 billion USD .

The property was opened on April 2, 2012, but had to be closed again from September 2014 to May 2018 due to financial problems. It reopened on June 28, 2018.
