Revolver Office is a project management or agency software with which agencies from various industries such as advertising, interactive, web, IT etc. can map and edit appointments, projects, time recording and controlling. 4300 licenses should be in use. The software is available as a server or single-user version and is offered free of charge on the website for test purposes. The server-client solution and the single-user versions are available for the current operating systems from Apple and Microsoft.
history
In 1999 the company Mono Systems GbR, from which Revolver Software GmbH later emerged, was founded. In September 2001 the first productive version 1.0 was published under the name "Mono". After version 2.11 a change of name of the program was decided. Revolver Office Pro was launched in 2006.
While Revolver Office 7 was still sold with Valentina SQL, the decision was made in 2008 with the publication of Revolver Office 8 for the PostgreSQL database management system .
The current version (as of May 2020) is version 8.9.1. Revolver Office 9 was first announced in late 2011. The first preview of version 9.0.0 was presented in January 2012 and has been in development since then. A final version 9 has still not been published.

Design mode
Revolver Office offers the possibility to integrate extensive changes and adjustments into the program via the design mode. Revolver Office can thus be adapted to the individual working environment of agencies .
With the design mode in Revolver Office, for example, adjustments and individualizations can be made for the following areas:
- individual corporate design for correspondence can be stored;
- individual small functions (e.g. new fields for data acquisition) can be integrated;
- complex formulas (e.g. for individual reports) can be integrated;
- Complete industry solutions can be developed (e.g. web module, photo module).
