Ričardas Piličiauskas

Ričardas Piličiauskas (* 1969 Alytus , Lithuania ) is a Lithuanian lawyer , judge and court president of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania (Lietuvos vyriausiasis administracinis teismas).

biography

After graduating from the 5th Alytus Middle School in 1987 , he studied law at Vilnius University in 1993 . From 1993 to 1994 he was a lawyer at UAB “Auditoriai ir konsultantai”, from September 1993 to May 1995 assistant to the chair of legal theory and legal history at the Faculty of Law at Vilnius University, from March 1995 to May 1995 assistant to the Seimas ' legal committee . From 1995 to 1999 he was judge of the 2nd district court in Vilnius and from 1999 to 2000 judge of the Aukštesnysis administracinis teismas. From 2000 to 2008 was a judge at the Supreme Administrative Court. Since 2008 he has been deputy court president and provisional court president.
