Rich Gaspari

Rich Gaspari , called "The Dragon Slayer", (born May 16, 1963 in New Jersey ) is an American bodybuilder .

Life

Gaspari started bodybuilding at the age of 14 and became world light heavyweight champion (up to 90 kg) at the age of 19 , after which he then switched to the professional camp. During his career, which lasted until 1996, Gaspari achieved his greatest successes by winning the Arnold Classic in 1989 and three second places at the Mr. Olympia (1986 to 1988). With a height of 1.78 m, his competition weight was 102 kg (out of season up to 111 kg).

After finishing his active career, Gaspari worked as a training and nutrition consultant in the fitness sector. His certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine served as the basis for this. In 2004 Gaspari founded his own nutritional supplement company, which bears his name: Gaspari Nutrition.

Gaspari lives in Lakewood (USA) and is married to Liz Gaspari.
