Richard Handley (born September 1, 1990 in Wigan ) is a British road cyclist from England .
Richard Handley began his career in 2010 with the British team Raleigh . In his second year there he finished fifth in the seventh stage of the Tour of Britain . He has been driving for the Continental Team Rapha Condor since 2012 , where he won the Circuit of the Dales and a stage at the Vuelta Ciclista a León . He was also third in the individual time trial of the British U23 championship.
