Rikard Sjöblom

Rikard Sjöblom is a Swedish musician best known as a founding member of Beardfish .

biography

Sjöblom founded Beardfish in 2001 with three school friends. The retro-prog band released albums at regular intervals, mostly on the Progressive Rock and Progressive Metal label InsideOut Music . Beardfish announced their dissolution in July 2016. Sjöblom had previously released two albums and two solo albums with his side project Gungfly, the first of which was a novel setting. He has been a live guitarist with Big Big Train since 2014 and eventually became a permanent member of the band.
